On patch day Microsoft has released Update KB3172985 for Windows 10 (Version 1511). This update has been exchanged by KB3172988. Also update KB3172989 has been released for Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 5.

New update KB3172988 for Windows 10 Version 1511
On July 12, 2016 Microsoft has released update KB3172985 (Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511 and Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 4: July 12, 2016) to patch several vulnerabilities.
This update causes on some systems a malfunction of SD memory cards. The media will be permanently loaded and unloaded. I've mentioned it a while ago in my German blog post Windows 10: SD-Karten werden ständig neu erkannt already for old update KB3156421. But blog readers noted, that KB3172988 also causes this issue on Medion and Asus devices.
But this updates lasted not for long. Update KB3172988 (Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511: July 14, 2016) has been released to replace KB3172985. It's not clear, what has been changed. A list of affected files may be obtained as a CSV file from here (cdd.dll, Dxgkrnl.sys, Dxgmms1.sys has been changed). The new cumulative update changes the build number of Windows 10 Version 1511 from 10586.494 to 10586.499.
KB3172989 for Windows Server 2016 TP5
Microsoft has also released update KB3172989 for Windows Server 2016 TP5 on July 13, 2016 (Cumulative update for Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 5: July 13, 2016).

Windows Server 2016 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes.
