I became aware of this issue within a German Microsoft Answers forum thread. A user reported, that the feature upgrade to Windows 10 Anniversary Update stops at 32%. There could be several reasons for this issue, but the user mentioned error code 0x80010108. This error code has been mentioned also within this German MS Answers forum thread.

What is error 0x80010108?

Error code 0x80010108 is a Windows HRESULT error that stands for RPC_E_DISCONNECTED. The object called via a remote procedure call (RPC), has been disconnected from client. This behavior could be caused by third party antivirus tools.

What to do?

To diagnose this issue, I recommend to try the following steps and test, whether this helps to cure the install issue.

  • Uninstall your third party antivirus and firewall tools. Windows is protected via build in firewall and Defender. It's not sufficient, to deactivate the AV software.
  • Use a clean tool provided by your AV vendor, to remove installed files and registry settings left from uninstall.

Reboot your Windows and check again, if update error 0x80010108 has been gone. It that doesn't help, try to check Windows for damaged files (see Check and repair Windows system files and component store).

Other possible fixes

I've seen error 0x80010108 in 2015 in several cases (here). One user suppose, it was Mc Afee, that is causing the trouble. Another user wrote, that disabling Bitdefender's auto pilot solved the issue. You can also try Windows 10 update trouble shooter, according to this Microsoft support article. Also check Time, Date and time zone to prevent that wrong settings blocks update installation. Also VPN software or a proxy server can block update installs. And you can open an administrative command prompt window (Windows 10: Open command prompt window as administrator) and use the following command:

ipconfig /flushdns

to flush the DNS cache. Maybe some fix helps.
