Microsoft Office Patchday (3. Oktober 2017)

[English]Microsoft hat am 3. Oktober 2017 eine Reihe nicht sicherheitsrelevanter Updates für Microsoft Office 2013 und Office 2016 freigegeben. In diesem Blog-Beitrag findet sich eine Übersicht der freigegebenen Updates für Office 2013 und Office 2016.

Die Updates beziehen sich auf die installierbare MSI-Version von Office, nicht auf die Click-to-run-Pakete, die Update über andere Kanäle beziehen. Diese nicht sicherheitsrelevanten Updates werden auf dieser Webseite sowie in den verlinkten KB-Artikeln dokumentiert. Hier ist die Liste der Updates.

Office 2013

Update for Microsoft Access 2013 (KB3172543): Dieses Update verbessert die Übersetzung der dänischen Version von Access 2013, Option Vollständige Menüs zulassen.

Update for Microsoft Excel 2013 (KB4011181): Dieses Update verbessert mehrere Übersetzungen für Dänisch und deutschen Versionen von Excel 2013. Zudem behebt es das Problem, dann nach dem Aktualisieren (auch einer PowerPivot-Tabelle) die Formatierung verschwinden kann.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB4011148): Fixt den Bug, dass beim Exportieren einer PDF-Datei mit dem Visio 2013 Drawing Control in eine Anwendung die PDF-Datei gepixelt erscheint, weil sie rasterbasierten statt vektorbasierend erzeugt wird. Alle Metadateien (EMF) im ursprünglichen Visio-Inhalt werden als Rastermuster statt als Vektorbeschreibung ausgegeben.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB4011169): Das Update verbessert das Arbeiten von Office-Anwendungen in Netzwerkumgebungen, die Proxy- (. pac-)Dateien verwenden. Durch das Update unterbleiben die zusätzlichen und oft unnötigen direkten Internetanfragen, die Zeitüberschreitungen und Verzögerungen verursachen können. Das Update behebt zudem folgende Probleme.

• If the Disable hardware graphics acceleration option is checked, you experience rendering issues when you are running Microsoft Project 2013.
• Some memory allocation issues are not optimally handled on 32-bit editions of Office 2013 applications that are running on high resolution devices.

Update for Microsoft Project 2013 (KB4011156): Nehmen Sie an, dass Sie ein Projekt bearbeiten, das mit Project Server 2013 in Project Professional 2013 verbunden ist. Update for Microsoft Visio 2013 (KB4011149): Behebt folgende Fehler:

• When you change the style for a shape by using Visio Drawing Control in an application, the application may crash.

Update for Microsoft Word 2013 (KB4011150): Behebt die folgenden zwei Fehler:

• Microsoft Outlook 2013 crashes randomly when you print a file in Outlook 2013 by using certain third-party printers.
• When you open some PDF files that have certain image encoding in Word 2013, the images may be displayed in black.

Office 2016

Update for Microsoft Access 2016 (KB4011142): Dieses Update verbessert die Übersetzung der Option Vollständige Menüs zulassen für die dänische Version von Access 2016.

Update for Microsoft Excel 2016 (KB4011166): Enthält die folgenden Verbesserungen und Fixes.

• This update improves the system resource usage when you deal with Excel 2016 files that contain many formulas.
• This update improves several translations for the Danish and German versions of Excel 2016.
• This update also fixes the following issues:
  • An issue occurs in the column order in the OLE DB provider when you use a data model connection.
  • You see prompts to save each workbook that you have opened when you use PowerPivot in Excel 2016.
  • When you undo a measure creation in a PowerPivot table, Excel 2016 may crash.
  • When you rename a measure by using the measure editing dialog box of Excel in a PowerPivot table, the measure is broken, and Excel 2016 may crash.
  • Measure Editor displays red lines (an error state) for a pasted formula even when the formula is correct.
  • When you update a Project Online ODATA dataset, you receive the following error message:Object must implement IConvertible.
  • You cannot update a model query when the loaded table has a trailing white space in the column name.
  • Measure formatting is lost from the Pivot Table view when measures or more fields are added to the Pivot Table.
  • After you rename a measure from the PivotTable field list, you are unable to undo the operation.
  • The measure editing dialog box that's opened from the PivotTable field list doesn't work correctly during typing.
  • After you work on PowerPivot windows for a while, Excel 2016 displays an error message, and Power Pivot windows cannot be opened.
  • When you add or update measures from Excel, you receive an unhandled exception if Power Pivot is in diagram view.
  • When you open a PowerPivot file, you receive the following error message:Excel found unreadable content.
  • Page breaks appear misaligned and the dragline continues to draw in wrong locations when you drag them in Page Break Preview view in Excel 2016.
  • After you install KB 4011050, black borders may appear around rows or cells in Excel spreadsheets when you enter text.
  • After you update a PowerPivot table, the formatting disappears.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011036): Fixt folgenden Bug: Wenn Sie eine HTML-URL, die ein Zahlensymbol (#) enthält, kopieren und in Skype für Unternehmen 2016 einfügen, ist der Link defekt und das Zahlensymbol geht verloren.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011135): Enthält folgende Fehlerbehebungen:

• An issue in the column order in the OLE DB provider when you use a data model connection.
• You see prompts to save each workbook that you have opened when you use PowerPivot in Excel 2016.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011139): Behebt folgende Problem.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011144): Behebt folgende Fehler.

• Assume that you open a slide in presentation mode in PowerPoint 2016. When you disconnect and then reconnect to a Virtual Machine (VM) session, PowerPoint 2016 may freeze and crash.
• When the Disable hardware graphics acceleration option is checked, you experience rendering issues on running Project 2016.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011158): Behebt folgende Fehler.

• A Visio drawing that has patterned fills is printed incorrectly in the 32-bit version of Visio 2016.
• End-user-defined (EUDCs) and private user area (PUA) characters that are linked to fonts are failed to be displayed in PowerPoint 2016.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011167): Dieses Update behebt ein Problem, bei dem die Dezimalregisterkarten in Word 2016 nicht das Regionalformat berücksichtigen, das Sie in den Windows-Regionaleinstellungen festgelegt haben.

Update for Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 (KB4011164): Dieses Update bietet Unterstützung für die Mehrfachselektion von Elementen im Dialogfeld, wenn Sie beim Öffnen von Links in PowerPoint 2016 in einer Präsentation die Option Links zu Dateien bearbeiten auswählen.

Update for Microsoft Project 2016 (KB4011141): Enthält die folgenden Fehlerbehebungen.

• Consider the following scenario:
  • You decide to edit a project in Project Web App or Project 2016.
  • You enter time-phased Actual or Actual Overtime work on an assignment and notice that it's no longer scheduled the way that you expect it should be.
  • You adjust the assignment start dates and finish dates to reflect the schedule that you have expected.

  In this situation, additional actual work that you don't enter may be applied to the assignment unexpectedly.

• Assume that you have a Project Server 2016 and Project Professional 2016, when you save a project that's connected to the Project Server, you may receive the following error message:Change would modify work entered by a team memberWe can't make that change because Project Web App is set to only allow actual work to be entered by team members through Timesheets or My Work.Das Problem trat nach Installation des July 5, 2017, update for Project 2016 (KB3203476) auf.

Update for Microsoft Visio 2016 (KB4011136): Behebt den folgenden Fehler : Wenn Sie den Stil für eine Form mit Visio Drawing Control in einer Anwendung ändern, kann es zu einem Absturz der Anwendung kommen.

Update for Microsoft Word 2016 (KB4011140): Das Update behebt folgende Probleme.

• After you save a Word file that contains tables in vertical textbox to a PDF file, some or all of the table borders are missing in the PDF file.
• In Outlook 2016, the bottoms of some characters (descenders) might be clipped with certain fonts at certain zoom factors.
• After you enable Information Rights Management (IRM) for a SharePoint document library that uses required custom columns, you cannot create new documents in this library from the templates and receive the following error message:The file is uploaded as checked out.When you try to check in the files, you receive the following error message:We can't do that for you because the file is no longer checked out or has been deleted.
• Outlook 2016 crashes randomly when you print a file by using certain third-party printers.
• When you open some PDF files that have certain image encoding in Word 2016, the images may be displayed black.
• Merged table cells are broken after you install August 8, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB3213656) or the September 5, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB4011039).

Der letztgenannte Fehler wurde von mir u.a. im Blog-Beitrag Word 2016 Tabellenbug in KB3213656/KB4011039 bestätigt behandelt.

Ansonsten noch die Erinnerung, dass der Support von Microsoft Office 2007 mit dem kommenden Patchday, am 11. Oktober 2017, endet – danach gibt es keine Sicherheits-Updates mehr.
