Microsoft Windows 10 ist nun seit Juli 2015 verf\u00fcgbar und in wenigen Wochen wird das Creators Update ausgerollt. Im R\u00fcckblick wurden fr\u00fchere Windows-Versionen ab dem Service Pack 1 als \"brauchbar\" angesehen. Aber nach Windows Vista und Windows 8\/8.1 scheint sich mit Windows 10 der n\u00e4chste Flop abzuzeichnen. Microsoft tut aber auch alles, um Nutzern das Leben mit Windows 10 schwer zu machen. Bugs, Bugs, Bugs, nicht blockierbare Updates und Werbung empfinden manche Leute als \"biblische Plage\", ausgel\u00f6st durch Microsoft.<\/p>\n
Ich halte ja mit meiner Meinung hier im Blog nicht wirklich hinterm Berg (haben mir einige Windows 10-Anwender und jetzt Ex-Leser arg ver\u00fcbelt). Aber im\u00a0Tipp: MVP Kaffeklatsch #15 Podcast<\/a>\u00a0hatte ich das Thema angerissen und MVP-Kollege Hans Brender (der ist \u00f6fters in den USA und bei Microsoft – ich brauche da nicht hin) hat im Podcast nicht nur die Best\u00e4tigung meiner Position gebracht, sondern auch einige Hintergrundinfos geliefert (die finden sich hier im Blog zwischen den Zeilen).<\/p>\n Dann gibt es noch diesen Nutzerkommentar<\/a> aus dieser Woche im Blog – nur eine Einzelstimme, die aber durch weitere Kommentare hier im Blog, sowie in zahlreichen Foren gest\u00fctzt wird.<\/p>\n Nun ja, diese Art von Problemen und die st\u00e4ndigen Updates von GB-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe alle paar Wochen kosten mich jedesmal Stunden an Zeit und Nerven. Immer die Gefahr im Nacken dass hinterher durch diese Verschlimmbesserungen nichts mehr geht. Das hat mich nach langem \u00dcberlegen bewogen bei einem Notebook das zum Austausch stand nicht mehr auf Windows zu setzen.<\/p>\n Seit mehr als einem Monat l\u00e4uft bei mir jetzt ein MacBok Pro 13\" ohne Touchbar mit Mac OS.\u00a0Abgesehen von den Umgew\u00f6hnungsproblemen ein wahrer Traum.<\/p>\n Endlich kann ich die Zeit die ich bisher mit der Windows System- und Updatepflege verbrachte zu konstruktiver Arbeit nutzen; und wenn mal nichts zu tun ist hab ich wirklich Freizeit und muss nicht am System nachjustieren.<\/p>\n Mein Res\u00fcme; nach und nach werde ich die restlichen vier Ger\u00e4te auf Mac OS Umstellen.<\/p>\n Danke Microsoft; nach 25 Jahren hast du es mit Windows 10 und deiner neuen Strategie geschafft.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Und in diesem US MS Answers-Forenbeitrag<\/a> thematisiert jemand das Gef\u00fchl vieler Windows 10-Nutzer:<\/p>\n \u00a0 I have a fairly new HP Envy that was pre-loaded with Windows 10 when I purchased it\u00a0(it's not even a year old) and this occurred.\u00a0 That's why I think that it has something to do with a Microsoft Update!<\/p>\n I had done a System Restore back at the end of December 2016 and it worked fine.\u00a0 And, the last known automatic\u00a0Restore Point by the system was on February 3, 2017.<\/p>\n Then my pc froze\u00a0on me on February 21st.\u00a0 I had to shut it down manually with the on\/off button.\u00a0\u00a0It booted up normally — and\u00a0just as a precaution, I disabled my anti-virus and did a System Restore to the most earliest date available which was\u00a0February 3rd.<\/p>\n The System Restore behaved normally —\u00a0it\u00a0seemed to have gone through all of\u00a0the processes —\u00a0but then I got the message that others are seeing — the WindowsApps Staging message.\u00a0 I then went through all of the other available restore points one by one after 'uninstalling' my anti-virus program —\u00a0but it still failed.<\/p>\n I'm not capable\u00a0of doing any kind of rebuild of\u00a0my system from scratch, etc.\u00a0 The only choice\u00a0that I have is\u00a0to just wait until my pc crashes\u00a0and I'm left to\u00a0do either a\u00a0Reset or a\u00a0wipe of\u00a0the system and allow it to\u00a0re-install Windows 10.\u00a0 But — if that fails and it's going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix\u00a0my (less than a year old) system — it won't be worth it!<\/p>\n Microsoft is forcing these 'Automatic Updates' on us<\/strong>!\u00a0 There have been problems with Microsoft Updates being downloaded in XP, Windows 7, Windows 8!\u00a0 Back then, we (as consumers) were given a choice by Microsoft — we could either choose which updates to download or choose not to download any updates!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n With Windows 10, Microsoft took those options away from us!<\/strong>\u00a0 They did this knowing that their updates have caused problems in the past!\u00a0 The cost of\u00a0'repairs or complete replacements of our systems'\u00a0will be coming directly out of OUR pockets!<\/strong><\/p>\n I\u00a0don't appreciate being used by Microsoft as\u00a0Guiney\u00a0pig — or having them use my computer as a 'proving ground' for\u00a0their experiments!<\/strong><\/p>\n When I had Windows XP and then Windows 7, I chose never<\/em> to let Microsoft do any updates!\u00a0 I had both of those PC's for at least\u00a05 to\u00a06 years each!\u00a0 I know for a fact that my Windows 7\u00a0PC had a System Restore and I used it at least 5 or 6 times to recover my computer over the years that I owned it!<\/p>\n Their mistakes are going to cost me money?\u00a0My system is new!\u00a0\u00a0I have nothing but\u00a0Microsoft Office 2010 and\u00a0a\u00a0brand new\u00a0photo shop program installed on it.<\/p>\n If I were Microsoft\u00a0would start worrying\u00a0about there being a 'class action lawsuit' filed against them in the near\u00a0future?<\/p>\n Microsoft\u00a0should\u00a0NOT be\u00a0forcing their updates on people,\u00a0when those updates are damaging\u00a0our\u00a0PC's and causing us to have to take our computers to be repaired or completely replaced!\u00a0\u00a0As consumers, we go out and pay for a brand new system that comes with\u00a0Windows 10, only to discover that it's defective?\u00a0\u00a0That's not right!<\/p>\n One of the biggest selling points for me was that\u00a0my PC came with\u00a0'System Restore'.\u00a0 I specifically made sure that I had that feature on every one of my\u00a0PC's in the past when I\u00a0purchased it!<\/p>\n It's not right that Microsoft is forcing their updates on us!\u00a0 Especially when there is the possibility of our 'System Restore' being\u00a0disabled!<\/p>\n I feel that my brand new HP Envy computer has been damaged by Microsoft —\u00a0because of their forced updates!\u00a0 My system cost\u00a0almost $1k all together!\u00a0\u00a0And, now with one of their forced updates, my System Restore\u00a0has been disabled!<\/p>\n Now I'm waiting for the inevitable — which is for my system to freeze on me again!\u00a0 It may mean that I will be out\u00a0the $1000 that I paid for\u00a0my system!<\/p>\n That's a major rip off to us as\u00a0consumers by Microsoft!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Vor einigen Tagen gab es die Meldung von Microsoft<\/a>, dass man eine Spezial-Windows 10-Version f\u00fcr chinesische Beh\u00f6rden teste. Er adressiert die aktuell von Vielen empfundene Situation: Windows 10 wird mit nicht transparenten Telemetrie- und \u00dcberwachungsfunktionen ausgeliefert. Das Update-System l\u00e4sst sich schlicht nur noch als kaputt bezeichnen und der Ansatz 'Windows as a service' erweist sich in der Praxis als Ansatz, um die verbliebenen Windows 10-Anwender zu traktieren.<\/p>\n Und als Sahneh\u00e4ubchen gibt es im Betriebssystem 'Werbung' f\u00fcr Microsoft-Produkte auf dem Sperrbildschirm, im Startmen\u00fc, im Benachrichtigungszentrum, im Statusbereich und zwischenzeitlich sogar im Explorer (siehe Windows 10 Version 1703: Werbung im Explorer blocken<\/a>).<\/p>\n All dies wird irgendwann auch den treuesten Windows 10-Fan von diesem Betriebssystem weg treiben. Vor ein paar Tagen haben wir (vier MVPs) einen Podcast<\/a> zu diversen Themen aufgezeichnet. Unter anderem kommt auch Windows 10 vor, wobei Hans Brender und meine Wenigkeit die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Schwachstellen benannt haben: Windows 10 bzw. dessen Features werden nicht mehr von den Entwicklern, sondern vom Marketing vorgegeben. Nicht was sinnvoll ist, wird implementiert, sondern das, was das Marketing vorgibt.<\/p>\n Scheinbar gibt es bei Microsoft auch keine erfahrenen Entwickler mehr (die sind entlassen oder freiwillig gegangen), was man an allen Ecken und Enden sp\u00fcrt. Hans Brender dr\u00fcckt es so aus: \"Junge Leute entwickeln in Redmond, pl\u00f6tzlich stellt man fest, dass das nicht funktioniert \u2013 und dann wird alles wieder umgesto\u00dfen \u2013 die Erfahrung \u00e4lterer Entwickler fehlt\". \nDazu kommen noch die halbj\u00e4hrlichen neuen Versionen mit unsinnigen Gimmicks und Spielereien die der ernsthafte Benutzer seltenst ben\u00f6tigt und einen kontinuierlichen Workflow erschweren.
