Denn der dort verlinkte KB-Artikel <a href=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/4012864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">4012864<\/a> benennt den Zweck des Updates: <em>DST changes in Windows for Northern Cypress, Mongolia, and Russian Saratov region.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Northern Cyprus has stopped observing daylight saving time. This new policy went into effect on October 30, 2016. Going forward, the area will remain set at UTC+03:00.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Im Vorfeld zur Umstellung auf Sommerzeit hat Microsoft nun das betreffende Paket wohl am 16. M\u00e4rz 2017 aktualisiert. Aus meiner Sicht: Falls ich nicht gerade einen Umzug nach Nord-Zypern plant, in der Mongolei oder in der russischen Saratov-Region weilt, k\u00f6nnt ihr euch die Update-Installation sparen.
