Aber am 30. November 2017 wurde dann das kumulative Update KB4051963 f\u00fcr Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (V1709) doch noch freigegeben.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/ssl-vg03.met.vgwort.de\/na\/4e4904461f654065a738d50b9286c020\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\"\/>Das Update war ja schon l\u00e4nger erwartet worden \u2013 ich hatte im Beitrag <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2017\/11\/28\/windows-10-kumulative-updates-epson-nadeldrucker-fixes-27-11-2017\/\">Windows 10: Kumulative Updates \u2013 Epson Nadeldrucker-Fixes (27.11.2017)<\/a> darauf hingewiesen, dass die KB-Nummer reserviert sei. In den Kommentaren zum Artikel findet sich der Hinweis, dass das Update kurz angeboten, dann aber wieder zur\u00fcckgezogen wurde. Details von Microsoft gab es nicht \u2013 ich hatte lediglich angegeben, dass das Update die Build-Nummer des Windows 10 Fall Creators Update auf 16299.96 anheben soll. Zudem war ich mir eigentlich sicher, dass ein Fix f\u00fcr das Epson Nadeldrucker-Problem mit enthalten sein wird.<\/p>\n<h2>Update KB4051963 f\u00fcr Windows 10 V1709<\/h2>\n<p>Das kumulative Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4051963\/windows-10-update-kb4051963\" target=\"_blank\">KB4051963<\/a> f\u00fcr das Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (V1709) ist nun zum 30. November 2017 offiziell freigegeben und dokumentiert worden. Es \u00e4ndert die Build-Nummer des Windows 10 Fall Creators Update auf 16299.98, also wurden noch \u00c4nderungen am Paket vorgenommen \u2013 offenbar wurden noch Bugs gefunden. Mit dem Update sollen eine ganze Reihe an Problemen behoben werden. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed a script-related issue that caused Internet Explorer to stop working in some cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue with the Input Method Editor's (IME) text input window for Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue with rendering a graphics element in Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue with form submissions in Internet Explorer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue where the Location-hash is lost when navigating back if you previously navigated to an invalid URL.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue where applications may stop responding for customers who have internet or web proxies enabled using PAC script configurations. This is a result of a reentrancy deadlock in WinHTTP.dll. This can result in the following:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Microsoft Outlook cannot connect to Microsoft Office365.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge cannot successfully render any content (including local computer content, local network content, or web content).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cisco Jabber stops responding, which blocks messaging and telephony features.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Any application or service that relies on WinHTTP is impacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Addressed a performance regression when users run full-screen Microsoft DirectX 9 games and applications.  <\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed&nbsp; issue that prevents Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 3 from running on some high-end gaming laptop configurations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue where user selections for Feedback Frequency in <strong>Settings <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Privacy <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Feedback<\/strong> <strong>&amp; diagnostics<\/strong> aren't saved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue where RNDIS5 networking devices don't get a valid IP address or don't show network connectivity. If the issue continues after installing the update, you may need to uninstall and reinstall your Remote NDIS network adapter using Device Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue where if a user manually changes the system's time zone and doesn't log off or restart, the new time doesn't display on the Lockscreen clock.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Addressed issue that impacted some Epson SIDM (Dot Matrix) and TM (POS) printers, which were failing to print on x86 and x64-based systems. This issue affects <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4048955\" target=\"_blank\">KB4048955<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es ist eine beeindruckende Liste an Bug-Fixes. Im Internet Explorer 11 gibt es Fixes bei der Scriptausf\u00fchrung. Das Netzwerkproblem mit der fehlenden IP-Adresse wurde adressiert und ganz wichtig, das Epson Nadeldruckerproblem soll gefixt worden sein.  <\/p>\n<p>Das Paket wird per Windows Update ausgerollt, sollte auch per WSUS oder <a href=\"http:\/\/catalog.update.microsoft.com\/v7\/site\/Search.aspx?q=KB4051963\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft Update Catalog<\/a> erh\u00e4ltlich sein. F\u00fcr Windows 10 V1511 und die RTM-Version sind wohl keine Updates erschienen. <\/p>\n<h2>Was man wissen sollte<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Update bewirkt auch bei Nutzern, die bis Windows 10 Version 1607 auf das Fall Creators Update aktualisiert haben eine erneute Abfrage der Zustimmung zu den Datenschutzeinstellungen. <\/p>\n<p>Beim Download des Updates per Microsoft Update Catalog stellte eine <a href=\"https:\/\/mspoweruser.com\/microsoft-releases-new-cumulative-update-windows-10-fall-creators-update-users\/#comment-3640937591\" target=\"_blank\">Nutzer<\/a> eine Kappung der Downloadrate im Firefox auf 250kbps fest \u2013 k\u00f6nnte aber Zufall sein. <\/p>\n<h2>Bekannte Probleme<\/h2>\n<p>Dieses Update hat das bekannte Problem, dass es beim Internet Explorer 11 Probleme geben kann. Wer dort den SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) nutzt, kann nicht mehr durch das Drop-Down-Men\u00fc per Bildlaufleiste bl\u00e4ttern. Microsoft gibt folgenden <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4051963\/windows-10-update-kb4051963\" target=\"_blank\">Workaround<\/a> an: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Man kann das Mausr\u00e4dchen zum Scrollen verwenden. Zudem tritt der Bug nur im Document Mode des IE 11 auf. Man kann die Seiten aber im Document Mode 10 laden, so dass der Bug weg ist. Im KB-Artikel gibt Microsoft Schritte zum Umstellen des Document-Modes an.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Bei einigen Nutzern scheint es zu Fehlern gekommen zu sein Ich habe den Installationsfehler 0x80070643 (ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE) gesehen \u2013 d\u00fcrfte im Zusammenspiel von Defender\/AV-L\u00f6sungen mit dem Update-Store zu suchen sein. Notfalls mal den Update Store zur\u00fccksetzen (siehe Artikel in der nachfolgenden Link-Liste).  <\/p>\n<p>Weiterhin <a href=\"https:\/\/mspoweruser.com\/microsoft-releases-new-cumulative-update-windows-10-fall-creators-update-users\/#comment-3640410927\" target=\"_blank\">beklagen Nutzer<\/a>, dass auch dieses Update nicht das Problem der 'springenden Screens' beim Multimonitorbetrieb behebt.  <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Still no fix for multi-monitor support&#8230; (windows jump screens and reformat their size)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ein weiterer Nutzer <a href=\"https:\/\/mspoweruser.com\/microsoft-releases-new-cumulative-update-windows-10-fall-creators-update-users\/#comment-3640354902\" target=\"_blank\">bem\u00e4ngelt<\/a> den fehlenden Fix f\u00fcr die Dolby Atmos-Ausgabe auf Ohrh\u00f6rern.
