Der Benutzer schreibt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hi Guys,<\/p>\n<p>After those recent updates, web servers are also not functioning well. When restarting a server under IIS, the server refuses to start again unless you do a reboot. Er scheint aber, dass er die Juli 2018-Updates adressiert. Der Nutzer schreibt, dass er das Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4338818\">KB4338818<\/a> (July 10, 2018, Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) deinstallieren musste, um die Probleme zu beheben. Zum Update habe ich im Blog-Beitrag <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2018\/07\/11\/patchday-updates-fr-windows-7-8-1-server-juli-2018\/\">Patchday: Updates f\u00fcr Windows 7\/8.1\/Server Juli 2018<\/a> was geschrieben. Dieses Update machte bereits Probleme beim Exchange Server 2010 (siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2018\/07\/13\/kb4018385-zurckgezogen-weitere-patchday-probleme\/\">KB4018385 zur\u00fcckgezogen &amp; weitere Patchday-Probleme<\/a>). Vom IIS steht da zwar nichts \u2013 aber wer wei\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6glich, dass es ein Einzelfall ist \u2013 ich konnte auf die Schnelle sonst nichts im Web finden. Noch jemand, der beim IIS Probleme in Verbindung mit Update KB4338818 festgestellt hat?<\/p>\n<p>Erg\u00e4nzung: Aus den nachfolgenden Kommentaren geht hervor, dass der obige Post kein Einzelfall ist und auch Apache-Services betroffen sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2>Erg\u00e4nzung: Microsoft bietet Updates<\/h2>\n<p>Zum 16.
