Microsoft scheint mit seinem Juli 2018 Update f\u00fcr .Net-Framework massive Probleme zu haben. Erst der Installationsfehler bei KB4340558, dann wurden COM-Anwendungsprobleme gefunden. Jetzt hat man das Net-Framework-Update aus Windows Update entfernt. Juli 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4sst sich so interpretieren, dass die .Net-Framework-Updates f\u00fcr Juli 2018 zur\u00fcckgezogen worden sind.<\/p>\n<h2>Advisory zum Juli 2018 .NET Framework Updates<\/h2>\n<p>Am 20. Juli 2018 (Freitag Nacht) hat das Microsoft-Team noch ein Advisory zum Juli 2018 .NET Framework Updates <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.msdn.microsoft.com\/dotnet\/2018\/07\/20\/advisory-on-july-2018-net-framework-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ver\u00f6ffentlicht<\/a>. Dort werden Probleme eingestanden:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.msrc.microsoft.com\/en-US\/security-guidance\/advisory\/CVE-2018-8356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">July 2018 Security and Quality Rollup updates for .NET Framework<\/a> was released earlier this month. We have received multiple customer reports of <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4345913\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications that fail to start or don't run correctly<\/a> after installing the July 2018 update. These reports are specific to applications that initialize a COM component and run with restricted permissions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die obige Nachricht hat nichts mit den in den nachfolgenden Beitr\u00e4gen beschriebenen Installationsproblemen zu tun. Vielmehr gibt es wohl Probleme, dass .NET-Anwendungen nicht mehr laufen.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Verteilung des Updates ist gestoppt<\/h2>\n<p>Dann kommt die Information, dass Microsoft die Verteilung des Updates f\u00fcr .NET Framework vorerst eingestellt hat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We have stopped distributing the .NET Framework July 2018 updates on Windows Update and are actively working on fixing and re-shipping this month's updates. If you installed the July 2018 update and have not yet seen any negative behavior, we recommend that you leave your systems as-is but closely monitor them and ensure that you apply upcoming .NET Framework updates.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Auf Windows Update werden die .Net-Updates (laut Microsoft angeblich) nicht mehr angeboten. Beachtet aber, dass .NET Framework-Updates f\u00fcr Juli 2018 noch im Microsoft Update Catalog angeboten wird (wie es bei WSUS ausschaut, kann ich nicht sagen). Sofern ihr .Net-Updates installiert habt, aber keine Probleme feststellt, lasst diese installiert. Andernfalls w\u00fcrde ich das jeweilige Update deinstallieren.<\/p>\n<p>Das Team bedauert, dass diese Version mit diesem Fehler ausgeliefert wurde. Dieses Release wurde mit dem regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen und umfangreichen Microsoft-Testprozess getestet. Dabei wurde, wohl nach Nutzerhinweisen, irgendwann das Problem festgestellt, dass die spezifische Kombination einer COM-Aktivierung in Kombination mit den eingeschr\u00e4nkten Berechtigungen zu Problemen f\u00fchren.
