Juli 2018 blocken und nicht installieren. Andernfalls steht m\u00f6glicherweise \u00c4rger ins Haus.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft hat seine eigene Hardware nicht im Griff. Die Surface-Ger\u00e4te fallen mir h\u00e4ufig durch Bugs und Probleme auf. Woody Leonhard hat nun eine neue Sache ausgegraben und im Artikel <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20181020163823\/https:\/\/www.computerworld.com\/article\/3299560\/microsoft-windows\/surface-pro-4-firmware-update-blamed-for-touchscreen-and-pen-malfunctions.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Surface Pro 4 firmware update blamed for touchscreen and pen malfunctions<\/a> auf ComputerWorld ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Die Basis des Artikels ist ein Post von ElixirHunter vom 28. Juli 2018 im <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/Surface\/forum\/x\/y\/db8dcfd0-e033-443c-a01f-1a62a075f71f?auth=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Answers Forum<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I have had no problems with my Surface since purchase and dutifully update regularly.<\/p>\n<p>The last update [Update from 26th July 2018] though has caused multiple problems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All of the keyboard\/pad functions are working including zoom, scroll etc. but <strong>no screen-touch or pen response<\/strong> (pen button clicks still open pre-chosen programmes as they should)<\/li>\n<li>After being shut down will only start up with long hold on power switch.<\/li>\n<li>It now takes ages to restart (used to start in a few dreamy seconds). Begins with completely black screen for about 20 seconds and no visible signs of turning on (lights on Fn key for instance) then the SURFACE screen, then the ring and eventually lock screen.<\/li>\n<li>Seems to use the fan more often (it even continued after shut a few times).<\/li>\n<li>In device manager the Firmware has an exclamation mark on Surface ME saying: This device cannot start. (Code 10) &#8211; An attempt was made to change the attributes on memory that has not been committed.<\/li>\n<li>Trouble shooter detects this but can not solve it.<\/li>\n<li>The pen\/ink section of the Surface App says: the Surface app needs an updated component from Windows Update in order to enable this feature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I contacted Microsoft but they ended up sending me to the 'diagnostic tool' during which I was unable to draw the 'snail' on the screen or register any touches of course but it didn't help.<\/p>\n<p>They did email me afterwards (ref. 1434863707) but have not responded further since my reply.<\/p>\n<p>Everything is up to date and I have tried rolling back drivers and updating them again in the firmware section of device manager.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bis zum 26. Juli 2018 lief dessen Surface Pro 4 ohne Probleme. Dann kam das erw\u00e4hnte Firmware-Update und die Probleme begannen. Er kann den Touchbildschirm nicht mehr bedienen und der Pen funktioniert nicht mehr. Gut, man muss zugestehen, dass das ein kleineres Problem darstellt, wer braucht heute schon Touchscreen und Pen, das Zeugs ist einfach \u00fcberbewertet. Andere Nutzer best\u00e4tigten gleiche Probleme und einer erw\u00e4hnte, dass er ein gelbes Symbol mit Ausrufezeichen im Ger\u00e4te-Manager sieht:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>After latest update, I have been getting a yellow exclamation mark for Surface ME firmware &#8211; code 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated with latest updates and still the surface has not had the touch screen work since.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bisher sind 126 Posts im Thread zu verzeichnen. Am 14. August 2018 hat Microsoft-Mitarbeiter BryanH folgende Antwort im MS Answers-Forum gepostet und gepinnt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hey Everyone,<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your feedback. We understand the concern and are actively investigating. We will update this response once a fix has been published. Please continue to check for Surface and Windows Updates to ensure your device has the most current firmware and software available.<\/p>\n<p>Marking as \"Answered\" to raise visibility for now.<\/p>\n<p>BryanH [MSFT]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Microsoft ist wohl die H\u00e4ufung der Posts aufgefallen, so dass man das Ganze jetzt untersucht und schnellstm\u00f6glich einen Fix herausbringen will. Ob der im deutschsprachigen MS Answers-Forum <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2018\/08\/22\/surface-pro-4-probleme-mit-firmware-update-vom-26-07-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gemeldete<\/a> Fehler, dass keine microSD-Karten mehr erkannt werden, damit zusammen h\u00e4ngen, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Es gilt: Sofern das Update noch nicht installiert ist und angeboten wird, blockiert die Installation (in Windows 10 Pro lassen sich Updates zur\u00fcckstellen). Weiterhin empfiehlt Microsoft periodisch nach neuen Updates zu suchen. Wie das bei zur\u00fcckgestellten Updates gehen soll, ist mir aktuell unklar.
