Ich hatte das im Blog-Beitrag Patchday: Updates f\u00fcr Windows 7\/8.1\/Server 9. Okt. 2018<\/a> erw\u00e4hnt.<\/p>\n

Das Update machte aber bei einigen Leuten Probleme oder wurde auf sehr merkw\u00fcrdige Weise installiert. Ich hatte das im Blog-Beitrag Microsoft Patchday-Nachlese (9. Oktober 2018)<\/a>. Es gibt Berichte (siehe den Blog-Beitrag Windows: Oktober-Update-Probleme und \u2013Re-Releases<\/a> dass dieses Update dann durch Microsoft zur\u00fcckgezogen und sp\u00e4ter erneut herausgegeben wurde.<\/p>\n

Update KB4462923 zum 1. November 2018 wieder da<\/h2>\n

Es gab bereits hier im Blog eine Nachfrage in diesem Kommentar<\/a>, die sich \u00fcber die erneute Freigabe von Update KB4462923 im Microsoft Update Catalog wunderte:<\/p>\n

Das Update KB4462923 wird mit dem Last Updated-Datum 1. Nov. 2018 f\u00fcr Windows 7 SP1 und Windows Server 2008 R2 aufgef\u00fchrt. Microsoft hat das Update also erneut freigegeben. Bei askwoody.com<\/a> hat sich Leser @PKCano gemeldet und folgendes berichtet:<\/p>\n

KB4462923 2018-10 Security Monthly Quality Rollup showed up CHECKED in the \"important updates\" on my Win7 today 11\/1\/18.<\/p>\n

On a test machine, I installed it along with the 2018-10 .NET Rollup and MSRT without an error (Note: the SSU KB3177467 v1 was installed on my machine in 2016)<\/p>\n

AFTER the reboot, KB3177467 v2, the Servicing Stack released 10\/9\/2018 appeared and installed without requiring a reboot. The hash is the same and the file size is the same. Must be a metadata change to let it install without an error before KB3177467 v2 (the SSU).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Update KB4462923 wurde also unter Windows Update als Wichtiges Update angeboten und das betreffende Kontrollk\u00e4stchen zur Installation war markiert. Nach einem Neustart wurde dann das Servicing Stack Update (SSU) KB3177467 v2 angeboten und konnte erfolgreich installiert werden. Woody Leonhard hat seinen Beitrag schon wieder aktualisieren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n

I've amended my blog post. Yep, it looks like MS screwed it up again — after re-releasing the Win7 Monthly Rollup yesterday. Those who hit an error need to manually install the latest SSU.<\/p>\n
