Ich habe nachfolgend die Details herausgezogen. Die Update-Installation setzt ein vorhandenes aktuelles Servicing Stack Updates (SSUs) voraus. Microsoft ver\u00f6ffentlicht inzwischen eine \u00dcbersicht aktueller Servicing Stack Updates (SSUs) unter <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201101085445\/https:\/\/portal.msrc.microsoft.com\/en-us\/security-guidance\/advisory\/ADV990001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADV990001<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Updates f\u00fcr Windows 10 Version 1803<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr Windows 10 Version 1803 stehen folgende Updates zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<h3>Update KB4480976 f\u00fcr Windows 10 Version 1803<\/h3>\n<p>Das kumulative Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4480976\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KB4480976<\/a> hebt die OS-Build auf 17134.556 und beinhaltet Qualit\u00e4tsverbesserungen aber keine neuen Betriebssystemfunktionen. Hier die Liste der Fixes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Addresses an issue in Microsoft Edge that fails to trigger the <strong>focusin<\/strong> event if the <strong>focus<\/strong> event listener of an element shifts focus to another element.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that prevents sharing and timeline features and roaming settings from working for accounts that use Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that may prevent some applications from displaying the Help (F1) window correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that causes power options to appear on the Windows security screen when the per user group policy to hide power options is set.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that prevents links for certain compressed file formats from resolving<u>.<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that causes BitLocker Network Unlock to fail on generation 2 virtual machines when it's used in a network that only supports IPv4.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses a privacy issue with apps that obtain the BroadFileSystemAccess capability without a user's consent.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue in which WAM logging causes some applications such as Microsoft Office to stop working.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that causes catalog signed scripts, including those shipped as part of Windows, to incorrectly generate a Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) failure audit event.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue in which Windows Driver Frameworks causes high CPU utilization. As a result, the user-mode driver stops working when the device resumes from Hibernate (S4).<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that may cause a 30-second delay when deleting or renaming a link in a Distributed File System (DFS) Namespace. Additionally, renaming a folder may take 30 seconds when multiple users work in a group share simultaneously, and File Explorer stops responding.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that prevents you from overwriting a file in a shared folder because of an Access Denied error when a filter driver is loaded.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that may cause third-party applications to have difficulty authenticating hotspots.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses an issue that may cause a blue screen to appear when a Thunderbolt storage device is attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Update wird per Windows Update verteilt, sollte aber auch per WSUS oder \u00fcber den <a href=\"http:\/\/catalog.update.microsoft.com\/v7\/site\/Search.aspx?q=KB4480976\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Update Catalog<\/a> erh\u00e4ltlich sein.\u00a0 Die manuelle Installation des Update erfordert, dass das aktuelle Servicing Stack Update (SSU) <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4477137\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KB4477137<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.catalog.update.microsoft.com\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Update Catalog<\/a>) installiert ist. Bei der Installation \u00fcber Windows Update ist dies sichergestellt.<\/p>\n<h3>Probleme mit dem Update<\/h3>\n<p>Bei diesem Update sind Microsoft folgende Probleme bekannt: Ein installiertes <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.msdn.microsoft.com\/dotnet\/2018\/09\/11\/net-framework-september-2018-security-and-quality-rollup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.NET Framework Preview des Quality Rollup<\/a> Update vom 11. September 2018 verursacht Probleme. Es kann bei der Instanziierung von SqlConnection eine Ausnahme ausl\u00f6sen. Weitere Informationen zu diesem Problem finden Sie in der <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4470809\/sqlconnection-install-throws-error-dot-net-4-6-after-recent-net-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Knowledge Base<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Installation dieses Updates k\u00f6nnen einige Benutzer keinen Weblink mehr in das Startmen\u00fc oder die Taskleiste setzen. Microsoft arbeitet seit Dezember an einer L\u00f6sung dieses Problems und wird bei den kommenden Updates einen Fix freigegeben.<\/p>\n<p>Weiterhin ist der Bug beim Zugriff auf Access 97 MDB-Datenbanken in der Jet Database Engine (siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2019\/01\/12\/access-97-mdb-fehler-in-jet-datenbank-engine-durch-windows-januar-2019-updates-besttigt\/\">Access 97-MDB-Fehler in Jet Datenbank Engine durch Windows Januar 2019-Updates best\u00e4tigt<\/a> und Artikellinks am Ende des Beitrags) ungefixt. Microsoft f\u00fchrt im 'known issue'-Abschnitt des KB-Artikels nach wie vor die folgende Passage auf:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Applications that use a Microsoft Jet database with the Microsoft Access 97 file format may fail to open if the database has column names greater than 32 characters. he database will fail to open with the error, \"Unrecognized Database Format\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Microsoft verspricht zwar einen Fix bis Anfang Februar 2019, mir ist aber unklar, ob der zum Februar 2019-Patchday kommt. Das Update hebt die OS-Build auf 15063.1596. Es sind die im KB-Artikel erw\u00e4hnten Fixes enthalten. Dieses Update wird automatisch von Windows Update heruntergeladen und installiert, steht aber im <a href=\"http:\/\/catalog.update.microsoft.com\/v7\/site\/Search.aspx?q=KB4480959\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Update Catalog<\/a> als Download zur Verf\u00fcgung. Vor der manuellen Installation muss das aktuelleste Servicing Stack Update (SSU) installiert werden.
