Gaming) nicht vom Dock mit Strom versorgt wird. Das Ger\u00e4t muss dann auf den Akku zugreifen. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/vg06.met.vgwort.de\/na\/83f87d6d104240daabe9ae1a539f68c5\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\"\/>Das Surface Dock ist ja eine Zusatzkomponente, welches die Microsoft Surfaces in einen 'vollwertiges Desktop-System' verwandeln soll \u2013 so die nachfolgend gezeigte Amazon-Anzeige.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Surface Dock\" alt=\"Surface Dock\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/hnaHlKV.jpg\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p>Neben diversen USB-Buchsen und Anschl\u00fcssen liefert das Dock auch eine Stromversorgung f\u00fcr ein Surface. Allerdings ist das Dock wohl nicht in der Lage, Surfaces vern\u00fcnftig mit Energie zu versorgen. Ich hatte letzte Jahr bereits im Blog-Beitrag <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2018\/08\/29\/nicrosoft-surface-mit-leerem-akku-am-dock-nicht-aufladbar\/\">Microsoft Surface mit leerem Akku am Dock nicht aufladbar<\/a> darauf hingewiesen, dass sich ein entladenes Surface-Tablet nicht am Dock laden l\u00e4sst. Das Netzteil des Dock gibt einfach nicht genug Energie her.  <\/p>\n<h2>Dock kann Surface Book 2 nicht mit Strom versorgen<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Wird ein Surface Book 2 unter Last (z.B. ein grafiklastiges Spiel) an einem Dock betrieben, gibt es ebenfalls Probleme mit der Stromversorgung. Das Surface Book 2 zieht seine Energie aus dem Akku, welches dann sehr schnell leer ist. The GTX 1050 is a good card for the screen size when you turn the resolution down a little bit. Everything works well when plugged into the supplied wall charger, however when I plug into my Surface Dock and try to play games, Battery 2 (The Base Battery) drops to 4% within 20 minutes of gaming and the GTX1050 automatically disconnects, making the game hang.  <\/p>\n<p>This seems a little strange as the power supply on the Surface Dock is huge compared to the power supply that came with the device.  <\/p>\n<p>I see that the Dock power supply is 90W and the power supply with the Surface Book 2 is 102W. Would it make such a difference?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dem Mann ist aufgefallen, dass sein Basis-Akku beim Spielen am Surface Book 2 binnen 20 Minuten auf 4 % entladen wird, obwohl er das Ger\u00e4t am Dock betreibt. Ein Microsoft-Beauftragter schreibt dem Benutzer folgendes:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>thank you for posting us here in Microsoft community!&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><em>Surface Dock supplies 90 watts of power. Surface Book 2's inbox charger supplies 102 watts. If the device is under heavy use, and using more than 90 watts of power, the Surface may be running off of battery power. As such, the power setting is not recognizing the dock's power connection. <\/em> <\/p>\n<p>In this case, we suggest that you may use the inbox PSU and use USB-C for external devices to work around with this concern.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In Kurz: Das Surface Book 2-Ladekabel stellt 102 Watt bereit, w\u00e4hrend das Dock nur 90 Watt leisten kann. Doof ist aber folgendes: Wenn das Surface Book 2 unter Volllast betrieben wird und mehr als 90 Watt Leitung zieht, erkennen die Energieeinstellungen die Stromversorgung des Docks nicht. Dann wird die Energie aus den Akkus gezogen, die fix leer sind.  <\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung: Auf das Dock verzichten und das Surface Book 2-Ladekabel verwenden. Tolle Wurst, tolles Design.
