Nun liegen mir Hinweise vor, dass in Outlook 2010 keine E-Mails mehr von POP3-E-Mail-Servern mehr empfangen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg06.met.vgwort.de\/na\/2773809d71104ea6bdcb853dd0c72a54\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>Ich stelle die Information mal hier im Blog ein, um herauszufinden, ob es vielleicht mehr Betroffene gibt.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Office 2010-Updates vom 5. M\u00e4rz 2019<\/h2>\n<p>Am 5. M\u00e4rz 2019 hat Microsoft die nachfolgenden (nicht sicherheitsrelevanten) Updates f\u00fcr Office 2010 freigegeben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update for Microsoft Access 2010 (KB4018363)<\/li>\n<li>Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB4461626)<\/li>\n<li>Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2589339)<\/li>\n<li>Update for Microsoft Outlook 2010 (KB4462229)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Updates nehmen \u00c4nderungen am japanischen Kalender vor. Ich hatte im Blog-Beitrag <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/blog\/2019\/03\/06\/microsoft-office-patchday-5-mrz-2019\/\">Microsoft Office Patchday (5. M\u00e4rz 2019)<\/a> bereits erw\u00e4hnt, dass Microsoft seit Monaten versucht, die japanische Kalenderfunktion zu patchen. Bei jedem Update kam es dann aber zu Problemen in diversen Office-Modulen.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Fehlerbeschreibung bei den M\u00e4rz 2019-Updates<\/h2>\n<p>In meinem englischsprachigen Blog habe ich den Beitrag Microsoft Office Patchday (March 5, 2019) zu den Updates ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Dort hat sich ein Blog-Leser mit folgendem Kommentar gemeldet.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Problems with Office 2010 Updates on 3\/5\/19; Outlook now having errors:<\/p>\n<p>I am using Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft Office Professional 2010. I have Windows Updates turned on to automatically check for updates, including updates to other Microsoft products, but to let me decide to install them. Windows Update indicated yesterday (3\/5\/19) that there were 4 important updates for Microsoft Office 2010.<\/p>\n<p>I installed these \"4\" Microsoft Office 2010 updates on 3\/5\/19 via Windows Update and Outlook 2010 immediately was no longer able to receive email from my POP3 servers. It still will not (time out error).<\/p>\n<p>I didn't do a thing in Outlook except have it open trying to get my emails. It was working fine, I did the update, and suddenly every attempt to receive emails timed out. I have mutiple Outlook accounts\/profiles, and this error happens now in all of them. It started immediately after the update. The first thing I did was restart Outlook. No improvement. I confirmed that the email providers had no issue, double-checked all Outlook and email settings, confirmed I can still get email directly via my provider's web interfaces, etc. Plus the usual stuff, like reboot, try turning off antivirus, check ISP, etc. No luck. It was obvious the problem was created by the update, but I took all the steps to exclude other possible \"coincidental\" issues.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In kompakter Form: Der Betroffene f\u00e4hrt Microsoft Office 2010 unter Windows 7 Pro und verwendet Outlook 2010, um auf POP3-Postf\u00e4cher zuzugreifen. Am 5. M\u00e4rz 2019 wurden ihm vier wichtige Updates f\u00fcr Office 2010 angeboten, die er installieren lie\u00df. Direkt nach der Update-Installation konnte Outlook 2010 nicht mehr auf die POP3-Postf\u00e4cher zugreifen und E-Mails abrufen. Der Nutzer hat den Microsoft Office Support kontaktiert, der ihm aber nicht helfen konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Microsoft gibt es <a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/no-search-results-for-pop-imap-or-exchange-accounts-51c9d2c7-a3db-4358-afdf-50d3a9e57039\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diesen Artikel<\/a> vom 6.
