Ein Benutzer schreibt:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Teams Whiteboard can't retrieve info<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I tested the Whiteboard function in MA Teams and also downloaded the MS Whiteboard app. At a certain moment I think the last one crashed but I didn't worry because it was only a private test. Im Thread best\u00e4tigen weitere Nutzer dieses Problem.<\/p>\n<h2>Best\u00e4tigung durch den Support<\/h2>\n<p>Im Microsoft Answers Foren-Thread best\u00e4tigt eine Microsoft-Mitarbeiterin nach Tests, dass das ein bekannter Bug sei. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We found this is a known issue for European tenants. As Whiteboard stores newly created boards in different locations depending on the country and the GDPR, Whiteboard data of these tenants is located in Europe but Whiteboard does not have a precise location and is stored on various data centers in Europe and this is why the feature is currently disabled.  <\/p>\n<p>Microsoft is working on a workaround as this feature is very important for all O365 clients worldwide, especially now with the COVID19 crisis and I guess that an alternative should be developed very soon.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Problem ist, dass bei europ\u00e4ischen Tenants neu erstellte Anzeigen (Board) an unterschiedlichen Orten in der Cloud gespeichert werden. Der Speicherort h\u00e4ngt vom Land ab. Weil man aber nicht wei\u00df, in welchem europ\u00e4ischen Data-Center die Daten gespeichert sind, hat man die Anzeigefunktion f\u00fcr Europa deaktiviert.
