Probleme mit Displays sind ja auch schon bei \u00e4lteren Surface-Modellen vorgekommen. Beim Surface Pro 4 gab es Probleme mit Bildschirmflimmern. Dort tauschte Microsoft die betroffenen Exemplare schlie\u00dflich aus.<\/p>\n<h2>Gratis Display-Reparatur beim Surface Laptop 3<\/h2>\n<p>Ich habe es nicht weiter verfolgt, weil mir keine Surface-Ger\u00e4te hier ins Haus kommen (zu teuer, zu viele Probleme). Aber zum 8. Mai 2020 hat Microsoft <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4561768\/surface-laptop-3-cracked-screen-reported-incidents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diesen Support-Beitrag<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Surface Laptop 3 cracked screen reported incidents<\/p>\n<p>We have investigated claims of screen cracking on Surface Laptop 3 and have determined that, in a very small percentage of cases, a hard foreign particle may cause a hairline fracture in the glass that may seem to appear unexpectedly or without visible cause.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In Kurzfassung: Microsoft hat die F\u00e4lle gerissener Displays beim Surface Laptop 3 untersucht. In einer geringen Anzahl von Ger\u00e4ten (liegt im Prozentbereich) haben Fremdpartikel wohl zu unerwarteten Haarrissen im Display gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Betroffene glauben, dass bei ihrem Surface Laptop 3 (13- und 15-Zoll-Ger\u00e4te) dieses Problem auftritt, sollen sich diese an den <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/contact\/virtual-agent\/?flowId=smc-contactus&amp;partnerId=smc&amp;referrer=support.microsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Microsoft Support<\/a> wenden, um w\u00e4hrend der Garantiezeit des Ger\u00e4ts eine kostenlose Reparatur einzuleiten.
