[English<\/a>]In Windows 10 hatten manche Nutzer das Problem, dass pl\u00f6tzlich bestimmte Programme nicht mehr starteten. Nun ist die Ursache bekannt: Sicherheitsl\u00f6sungen von Avast bzw. AVG verhinderten diese Programmstarts nach den Juni 2020 Windows-Updates.<\/p>\n

Ich habe gesehen, dass die Kollegen von Bleeping Computer hier<\/a> noch weitere Fundstellen angegeben haben.<\/p>\n

Avast\/AVG-L\u00f6sungen sind schuld<\/h2>\n

Im Avast-Forum findet sich dieser Eintrag<\/a>, in dem Nutzer darauf hinweisen, dass Registrierungseintr\u00e4ge besch\u00e4digt werden. Ein Avast-Moderator entschuldigt sich am 10. Juni 2020 und weist auf ein Avast-Cleanup-Tools hin, um ein Problem zu beseitigen. Am 11. Juni 2020 meldet sich ein Benutzer mit einigen Erkl\u00e4rungen:<\/p>\n

Avast caused me to lost all it's microsoft office 2010 and edge products!!!!<\/p>\n

Would appreciate some assistance asap.\u00a0 I have been running Outlook 2010 on my Win10 PC for several years.\u00a0 For some unknown reason, my whole Office 2010 suite was deleted from my user account (I am the admin and did not delete anything). Regardless, luckily I DO still have my Outlook data file (.pst) saved off both on my PC as well as on a external drive.
\nHowever I also cannot run ANY office product (outlook, word, excel, etc) as well as Microsoft Edge!

Die De- und erneute Installation der betroffenen Programme f\u00fchrte bei diesem Nutzer nicht zum Erfolg. Aber der Benutzer best\u00e4tigt die Ursache \u2013 es ist Avast\/AVG mit seiner Software. Der Benutzer verweist auf diesen Microsoft Answers-Forenbeitrag<\/a>, wo ein Microsoft Forenmoderator (seit einiger Zeit als Microsoft Agent bezeichnet) best\u00e4tigt, dass es sich um einen Avast-Bug handelt. Von Microsoft gibt es einen offiziellen Supportbeitrag<\/a> dazu \u2013 und Avast schreibt hier<\/a> was. Die manuelle L\u00f6sung besteht darin, den Registrierungseditor Regedit <\/em>als Administrator (mit Als Administrator ausf\u00fchren<\/em>) aufzurufen.<\/p>\n

    Dann ist zu obigem Registrierungszweig zu navigieren. Dort finden sich diverse Unterschl\u00fcssel, die sich auf verschiedene Programme wie IE, Edge, Office etc. beziehen. Der Vorschlag ist, den Unterschl\u00fcssel, der sich auf die nicht funktionierende Anwendung bezieht, zu l\u00f6schen. Die Alternative besteht darin, dass Avast Cleanup Online-Setup-Tool<\/a> herunterzuladen und auszuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

    Microsoft best\u00e4tigt das Ganze auch in der Windows 10 Statusseite<\/a> f\u00fcr die Version 2004 \u2013 wo man folgendes schreibt:<\/p>\n
