August 2021 gab es wohl einen weltweiten Ausfall der Meraki Authentifizierung, der wohl b\u00f6se Probleme bei Kunden verursachte. Ein Blog-Leser hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cisco_Meraki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cisco Meraki LLC<\/a> ist ein 2006 als Start-up-Unternehmen gegr\u00fcndeter Cloud-Managed-IT-Anbieter mit Sitz in San Francisco und seit 2012 eine Tochtergesellschaft des weltgr\u00f6\u00dften Netzausr\u00fcsters Cisco Systems. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und vertreibt eine Mesh-Netzsoftware und betreibt eine Cloud-basierende Plattform f\u00fcr Mobile Device Management (MDM).<\/p>\n<p>Und bei diesem Anbieter gab es wohl \u00fcber 4 Stunden eine massive St\u00f6rung. Blog-Leser Werner P. schreibt, dass in seinem Bereich nur die VPN Einwahl von Clients tangierte (bestehende Verbindungen funktionieren \u2013 neue lassen sich nicht aufbauen). Aber andere Kunden haben mehr Probleme. Meraki hat <a href=\"https:\/\/community.meraki.com\/t5\/Dashboard-Administration\/Hosted-Services-Issues\/m-p\/125510\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diesen Forenbeitrag<\/a> dazu publiziert.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Good day everyone,<\/p>\n<p>We are currently experiencing an issue with multiple hosted services and configuration fetches from Dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>The impacted services would include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Device configuration fetch (all devices)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Client VPN with Meraki Authentication<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Systems Manager enrollment (if gated behind Meraki Authentication)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; SSID scheduling<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Any other service using Meraki Authentication<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Site to Site VPNs in a few shards<\/p>\n<p>Our teams are aware and are working to resolve this as promptly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The waiting times calling in are currently extended.<\/p>\n<p>We will provide further updates here as we receive them.<\/p>\n<p>Many thanks.<\/p>\n<p>Giac<\/p>\n<p>Cisco Meraki Support<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die St\u00f6rung ist zwischenzeitlich als behoben markiert. Vom Anbieter Cisco Miraki wurde ein Fix bereitgestellt. Services were fully restored at 4:40 pm UTC. Our team is actively working to add additional safeguards to avoid these occurrences in the future<\/p>\n<p>We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
