September 2021 gab es wohl Probleme bei der Anmeldung an OneDrive for Business &#8211; die Anmeldung fror eine Zeitlang ein. Ursache war ein Patch f\u00fcr Windows (Windows 10 Version 1809, Windows Server 2019). Auch heute habe ich Nachfragen zu St\u00f6rungen bei Microsoft Online-Diensten gesehen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg07.met.vgwort.de\/na\/6fb6d2776a504f50be065b9500a4822b\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>Auf <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/skaardalk1ng\/status\/1440945561503477761\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> fragte gerade am 23.9.2021 ein Nutzer nach m\u00f6glichen St\u00f6rungen beim Azure-Portal, was aber weder durch andere Nutzer noch durch Microsoft best\u00e4tigt wurde.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/skaardalk1ng\/status\/1440945561503477761\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/a9z151w.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aber zum gestrigen 22. September 2021 gab es definitiv eine St\u00f6rung bei OneDrive for Business. Hintergrund ist ein Patch f\u00fcr Windows (Windows 10, version 1809 and Windows Server 2019), der diesen Effekt verursacht. Microsoft hat die Known Issues Rollback (KIR) Funktion benutzt, um das Problem zu beheben. Blog-Leser Andreas P. hat mir die Nacht die Infos geschickt. Customers unable to deploy group policy settings for the KIR should open support cases for further assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Current status: We've confirmed that a recent Windows patch deployment inadvertently introduced an EAF issue that's contributing to the impact. We've successfully reproduced the issue locally to test potential long-term solutions to resolve this problem. As we focus on a permanent solution, we've confirmed with affected users that following the steps in the KIR provided or disabling EAF are both functioning as a successful workaround to mitigate the impact.<\/p>\n<p>Scope of impact: Any user may be prevented from signing into the OneDrive for Business sync app.<\/p>\n<p>Root cause: A recent Windows patch deployment inadvertently introduced an Export Address Filtering (EAF) issue that's contributing to the impact.<br \/>\nNext update by: Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 9:00 PM UTC<br \/>\nPublished Time: 22.09.2021 19:08:58<br \/>\nTitle: Users will see a frozen white screen when attempting to sign into the OneDrive for Business sync app<br \/>\nUser Impact: Users will see a frozen white screen when attempting to sign into the OneDrive for Business sync app.<br \/>\nMore info: As our investigation continues, we've confirmed with affected users that disabling Export Address Filtering (EAF) is a potential workaround to alleviate the impact.
