Zudem sind mir bei einer Recherche heute einige Leute aufgefallen, bei denen Outlook als Client streikt und nicht auf die Mail-Server zugreifen kann. Es werden immer Zugangsdaten abgefragt.<\/p>\n

Laut dem kurzen Text haben Benutzer Probleme beim Zugriff auf Exchange Online und den Diensten von outlook[.]com. Die Funktionalit\u00e4t ist eingeschr\u00e4nkt oder beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Weitere Details hat Microsoft im Admin Center unter EX401976 und OL401977 f\u00fcr Administratoren in Unternehmensumgebungen bereitgestellt. Es geht hier also um Funktionen f\u00fcr Unternehmen (Office 365, Microsoft 365).<\/p>\n

Bei Privatnutzern rappelt es auch<\/h2>\n

Bei Nutzern, die sich ein privates, kostenfreies Microsoft Konto bei outlook[.]com angelegt haben und dieses f\u00fcr den Empfang und den Versand von E-Mails nutzen m\u00f6chten, gibt es ebenfalls \u00c4rger. Die Microsoft KI zur \u00dcberwachung der Kontensicherheit stellt h\u00e4ufig ungew\u00f6hnliche Aktivit\u00e4ten und Zugriffe von fremden Orten fest. Dann wird der Zugriff per POP3 und\/oder IMAP unterbunden und das Konto gesperrt – der Anwender erh\u00e4lt eine entsprechende Benachrichtigung. Ich habe das Ganze im Blog-Beitrag Neue Kontosperrungen bei Outlook.com \u2013 l\u00e4uft Microsofts KI Amok, oder sind Konten kompromittiert?<\/a> behandelt – eine L\u00f6sung ist noch unbekannt.<\/p>\n

Outlook kann sich nicht anmelden<\/h2>\n

Im Microsoft Answers-Forum f\u00fcr Outlook.com bin ich bei Recherchen auf diesen Thread<\/a> gesto\u00dfen. Mit Datum vom 14. Juli 2022 schreibt der Betroffene, dass er aufgefordert wird, sein Konto zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Er kann sich aber nicht anmelden.<\/p>\n

Eine \u00e4hnlich gelagerte Geschichte passiert bei Leuten, die Microsoft Outlook als Mail-Client verwenden, um auf outlook.com zuzugreifen. Im englischsprachigen Blog gibt es diese Meldung<\/a> von Antonio Francisco Vanucchi:<\/p>\n

I am having a strange behavior in my outlook.com.br account too that can be relate with this issue. Suddenly my Outlook program begun ask me password out of the blue. I can access my account via webmail, but not more in outlook program. Searching for this issue I read that this could be related with 2FA, option that is not active in my account. Er verwendet Outlook 2013 – und hier k\u00f6nnte es sein, dass er in das im Blog-Beitrag Outlook streikt beim Mail-Versand? Microsoft hat SMTP deaktiviert (Juli 2022)<\/a> beschriebene Problematik gelaufen ist. M\u00f6glicherweise spielt auch die Umstellung von Basic Auth auf Modern Auth mit hinein (siehe Exchange Online: Wechsel zu \"Modern Authentication\" bis Oktober 2022 erforderlich<\/a>), obwohl das etwas fr\u00fch w\u00e4re. Aber der Kommentar von Stefan hier<\/a> deutet auf \u00c4rger hin.<\/p>\n

Auch Paul beschreibt in diesem Kommentar<\/a>, dass sein Outlook nicht mehr startet und st\u00e4ndig die Abfrage von Anmeldeinformationen kommen. Er kann dadurch nicht mehr auf sein hotmail.de oder outlook.com Postfach per Outlook 2016 zugreifen. \u00dcber die Web-Oberfl\u00e4che funktioniert dagegen der Zugriff.<\/p>\n

Zudem gibt es das Thema, dass Provider mittlerweile TLS 1.3 f\u00fcr die abgesicherte Kommunikation mit den E-Mail-Servern verlangen. Dann ist es erforderlich, dass Outlook 2013\/2016 etc. mit den betreffenden Updates versehen wird.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
