Kurzer Hinweis f\u00fcr Nutzer des Microsoft Cloud-Speichers Onedrive. Es sieht so aus, als ob dieser Dienst seit ca. 9:00 Uhr (2. Jan. 2023) in Deutschland gest\u00f6rt ist. Bei einer Kontrolle im Office 365-Statusbereich wird mir auch eine St\u00f6rung des Diensts Skype ausgewiesen. <\/p>\n

Die Statusseite von Office365.com weist neben der St\u00f6rung von OneDrive auch eine Dienstest\u00f6rung f\u00fcr Skype auf, wie man an nachfolgender Abbildung sehen kann.<\/p>\n

In den Details der Statusseite werden die nachfolgenden Fehlerinformationen angezeigt:<\/p>\n

Current Status: We've reviewed service monitoring telemetry, and we've identified an error affecting an API service for OneDrive.com service which may be causing impact. We're restarting the affected infrastructure to remediate impact.  <\/p>\n

Current\/Final Status: We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan. <\/p>\n

F\u00fcr Skype als Dienst listet der Statusbereich folgende Details auf:<\/p>\n

More info: Some users may also unable to view or change recently purchased Skype credits or calling cards in their account. <\/p>\n

Additionally, some Microsoft 365 user subscriptions may not be getting their free 60 minutes of Skype calling credits. <\/p>\n

Current status: We're continuing to review mitigation options to restore credit subscriptions. While we prioritize this, Microsoft 365 users can activate their Skype subscription manually by following the activation steps on: https:\/\/www.skype.com\/en\/office\/get-skype\/. <\/p>\n
