Juni 2024 gibt es eine St\u00f6rung der Microsoft 365-Dienste, die \u00fcber viele Stunden anhielt. Nutzer von Microsoft 365-Anwendungen hatten Probleme diese zu nutzen. Genannt wurden Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook oder Microsoft Teams. Die St\u00f6rung scheint sich vor allem auf die Region in Asien auszuwirken. Blog-Leser Andreas P. hat mir die entsprechenden Microsoft-Statusmeldungen zukommen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Microsoft Teams und OneDrive for Business<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/vg09.met.vgwort.de\/na\/6cf25f5abee1472386fe9da16ee0a50c\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\"\/>Gegen 12:30 Uhr UTM, gab es am 13. Juni 2024 Probleme mit Microsoft Teams und OneDrive for Business in der Asien-Pazifik-Region. In der Region sind f\u00fcr Benutzer dateibezogene Operationen von Benutzern in Microsoft Teams und OneDrive for Business fehlgeschlagen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Android- und iOS-Benutzer k\u00f6nnen keine Vorschau von Word- und PowerPoint-Dateien in Microsoft Teams anzeigen.  <\/li>\n<li>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen die keine .zip-Downloads in Microsoft Teams \u00f6ffnen.  <\/li>\n<li>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen keine PDF- und Bilddateien anzeigen, die mit deaktiviertem Download im Microsoft Teams-Desktop-Client und in Microsoft Teams im Web freigegeben wurden.  <\/li>\n<li>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen keine Bild- und HTML-Dateien in der OneDrive for Business-App und OneDrive for Business im Web anzeigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nachdem Microsoft \u00fcber das Problem informiert wurde, bei dem die dateibezogenen Vorg\u00e4nge der Benutzer f\u00fcr Microsoft Teams und OneDrive for Business beeintr\u00e4chtigt sind, hat man das untersucht. Dabei haben die Microsoft Techniker festgestellt, dass eine Bereitstellung (sprich ein Update) f\u00fcr einen den Microsoft Dateioperationsdienste die Auswirkungen verursacht. Microsoft begann, die betreffende Bereitstellung zur\u00fcckzurollen, um die Auswirkungen zu beheben. Sp\u00e4ter hie\u00df es, dass neben obigen St\u00f6rungen noch folgende Probleme hinzukamen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6glicherweise keine Ordner von SharePoint Online herunterladen.  <\/li>\n<li>Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen Benutzer Probleme mit der Bildanzeige, dem Videostreaming und dem Download mehrerer Dateien in SharePoint Online haben.  <\/li>\n<li>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6glicherweise keine Videos in Microsoft Stream abspielen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Allerdings schienen die Ma\u00dfnahmen Microsofts zu greifen, nachdem das betreffende Update r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig gemacht wurde. We're continuing to reroute service requests, perform targeted restarts on unhealthy components, and scale-up activities on specific microservices to remediate impact.
