OWA hingewiesen. Es gibt wohl das Problem, dass die Outlook Web App nach einer Aktualisierung pl\u00f6tzlich einen englischsprachige Oberfl\u00e4che anzeigt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/0QQfTVDB\/image.png\" alt=\"OWA English\" width=\"588\" height=\"177\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft365Status antwortete darauf \"<em>We're currently working on an issue that matches your description. Please see EX1015106 in the Service Health Dashboard for more information.<\/em>\"<\/p>\n<p>Ich komme leider an\u00a0 nicht heran, um mehr Details zu posten &#8211; es sind aber wohl mehr Leute betroffen. Ein franz\u00f6sischer Account schrieb dazu: \"<em>We have the same problem in French. However, the issue does not affect all accounts within the organization, only certain accounts. Do you have a link or can you write EX1015106 for more information ? Thank you<\/em>\".<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Account hat folgendes gepostet: \"Outlook Web has changed the language to English for all accounts in the organization. When I change it to a language other than English, it works, but after refreshing the page, it reverts back to English.\"<\/p>\n<h2>Anh\u00e4nge in OWA nicht zu \u00f6ffnen<\/h2>\n<p>Bei der Recherche nach obigem Thema bin ich dann noch auf ein weiteres Problem gesto\u00dfen, welches unter dem Titel\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/sysadmin\/comments\/1ixx6rc\/cant_open_attachments_in_new_outlook_or_outlook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Can't open attachments in New Outlook or Outlook on the web<\/a> auf reddit.com beschrieben wird.<\/p>\n<p>Bei mindestens einem freigegebenen Postfach k\u00f6nnen Nutzer keine Anlagen in der Vorschau anzeigen\/\u00f6ffnen\/herunterladen, wenn New Outlook oder Outlook im Web verwendet wird. Das klassische Outlook funktioniert problemlos.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Versuch, Anlagen zu \u00f6ffnen oder zu speichern, wird der Fehler \"Fehler beim Herunterladen des Dateiinhalts\" angezeigt. Die Anlagen lassen sich \u00f6ffnen, wenn die Nachrichten an eine andere Mailbox weitergeleitet werden. Im reddit.com-Thread gibt es einige Hinweise auf Workarounds.<\/p>\n<p>Auf <a href=\"https:\/\/support.nhs.net\/tag\/ex1015106\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dieser Webseite<\/a> habe ich den Eintrag \"<a href=\"https:\/\/support.nhs.net\/2025\/02\/inc46458662-issues-with-opening-attachments-in-owa-shared-mailbox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bookmark noopener\">INC46458662 \u2013 Issues with Opening Attachments in OWA Shared Mailbox \u2013 ONGOING<\/a>\" mit folgendem Inhalt dazu gefunden:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>26\/02\/2025 08:45:00 AM<br \/>\nONGOING \u2013 We aware of an intermittent issue when attempting to open attachments in OWA Shared Mailboxes. Affected users experience difficulties accessing attachments, leading to errors or timeouts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Die Meldung EX1015106<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Erg\u00e4nzung:<\/strong> Ein Leser hat mir die Meldung zu EX1015106 zukommen lassen &#8211; ich stelle den Text mal hier ein:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Users may experience issues with language settings and downloading attachments in Outlook on the web.<\/p>\n<p>More info<br \/>\nUsers are automatically defaulted to English for Outlook on the web when their default language setting is set to a non-English language. Users can manually reset their desired language as a temporary workaround. However, upon refreshing, signing out, or closing their tab, the language is reverted back to English.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, users may be unable to download or preview attachments from shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web. The Outlook desktop client and mobile apps are unaffected by this issue. Users downloading attachments from their own mailbox or any non-shared mailbox are also unaffected.<\/p>\n<p>Scope of impact<br \/>\nSome users may be impacted if their default language is set to a non-English option in Outlook on the web, or if they're attempting to download or preview attachments from a shared mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>Root cause<br \/>\nA recent service update meant to change how the language setting is stored in Outlook on the web is causing the service to identify the setting as not configured and introduces a conflict. This conflict may prevent users from downloading attachments from shared mailboxes or if their default language is set to a non-English option; the language setting will default to English.<\/p>\n<p>Stand 27.02.2025 02:36 MEZ:<br \/>\nOur fix's deployment is taking longer than originally anticipated, and we've observed that it's approximately 30 percent complete.
