Die Fehlerursache ist zwischenzeitlich auch bekannt und in diversen Blog-Artikeln adressiert: Der Fehler tritt bei der Installation des Service Pack 1 (SP1) unter Windows 7 bzw. Windows Server 2008 R2 auf, wenn auf dem System mehr als 10 Language Packs installiert sind.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher hat Microsoft empfohlen, die Language Packs zu deinstallieren und dann den SP1 zu installieren. Nun hat Microsoft einen Knowledge-Base-Artikel (KB 2534366) online gestellt, der nochmals auf das Thema eingeht. Ein anforderbarer Hotfix soll nun verhindern, dass bei mehr als 10 installierten Language Packs das SP1-Update scheitert und der Servicing Packages-Stack in einem undefinierten Zustand zur\u00fcck bleibt.
