Blog-Leser Georg D. hat mich gerade per Mail kontaktiert (danke daf\u00fcr), weil er in seinem Umfeld mit mehreren Clients betroffen ist.<\/p>\n
Georg schrieb, dass\u00a0aktuell einige seiner Benutzer von Verbindungsabbr\u00fcchen des Outlook Desktop-Clients (classic) betroffen sind. Immer wieder verliert der Client die Verbindung. Das Problem tritt auch im Home Office auf. In einigen F\u00e4llen ist dann zeitgleich der Zugriff auf Outlook Web Access nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n
Ich habe auf allestoerungen.de nachgeschaut – am heutigen 1. Juli 2025 ergibt sich f\u00fcr den Status von Microsoft 365 folgendes Bild:<\/p>\n

Es scheint seit gestern zu einzelnen St\u00f6rungsmeldungen zu kommen, wobei die Anzahl aber doch recht gering scheint.<\/p>\n
Georg hat dann gesucht und ist bei Microsoft auf den Incident EX1107119 gesto\u00dfen, der Probleme beim Zugriff auf Postf\u00e4cher von Exchange Online best\u00e4tigt. Es gibt eine \"Service degradation\" bei Exchange Online, die Deutschland.<\/p>\n
Microsoft gibt an, dass Fehler oder Ausf\u00e4lle auftreten k\u00f6nnen, wenn Benutzer \u00fcber eine oder mehrere Exchange Online-Verbindungsmethoden (Messaging-API (MAPI), Outlook on the web) auf ihre Mailbox zugreifen m\u00f6chten. Interessant ist, dass das Problem derzeit nur f\u00fcr Deutschland best\u00e4tigt wird. Ich tippe aber auf Grund von Lesermeldungen in den nachfolgenden Kommentaren drauf, dass DACH komplett betroffen ist. Georg schreibt dazu, dass das Problem in seiner Umgebung schon seit mindestens letzter Woche besteht. Microsoft habe das erst jetzt wohl aufgegriffen. Ist noch jemand von diesem Problem betroffen?<\/p>\n
Georg hat sich am Abend des 1. Juli 2025 erneut mit einem Nachtrag zum Incident-Report gemeldet. Er verwies auf die Formulierung \"We're reviewing performance details and system logs to understand the source of the issue\" und fragte sich intuitiv \"stochern die noch im Nebel\".
