\"Stop[English<\/a>]Zum gestrigen Abend des 8. Oktober 2025 hat es eine St\u00f6rung bei den Microsoft 365-Diensten gegeben. Dies f\u00fchrte dazu, dass Nutzer Probleme beim Zugriff auf Funktionen von Microsoft Teams und Exchange Online hatten. Da die St\u00f6rung in den sp\u00e4ten Abendstunden erfolgte, d\u00fcrften Nutzer in Europa weniger betroffen gewesen sein. Nach knapp zwei Stunden ist es Microsoft gelungen, die Ursache dieser St\u00f6rung zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n

Muss in Europa gegen ca. 17:00 Uhr gewesen sein. Gut zwei Stunden sp\u00e4ter gab es dann Entwarnung. Die St\u00f6rung, die den Zugriff auf die Systeme verhinderte, war durch Umkonfigurierung behoben. Microsoft hat das Ganze in der Meldung MO1168102 dokumentiert – die Kollegen von Bleeping Computer haben hier<\/a> noch was dazu geschrieben.<\/p>\n

We've successfully rebalanced traffic across the affected infrastructure and confirmed after a period of monitoring that the impact is no longer occurring.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: A portion of users attempting to access the Microsoft 365 services outlined in the 'User impact' and 'More info' sections of this communication may have been impacted.<\/p>\n

Preliminary root cause: A portion of directory operations infrastructure became imbalanced during a period of high traffic volume, which caused failures associated with impact.<\/p>\n
