Ein Leser hat sich zum Vormittag gemeldet und schreibt, dass dort eine St\u00f6rung vorliegt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg04.met.vgwort.de\/na\/8dc4a96da8de4dff84a2c93ccc5745e9\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>Der Blog-Leser ist als IT-Dienstleister unterwegs und schrieb: \"Eine Info, die Sie m\u00f6glicherweise weitertragen m\u00f6chten\". Die Information in der Mail lautete, dass es aktuell (5. Dezember 2025, 8:50 Uhr) nicht m\u00f6glich sei, sich den Installer (<em>OfficeSetup.exe<\/em>) f\u00fcr diverse Desktop-Apps aus dem <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.office.com\/account?ServiceID=LanguageItem#installs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft 365 Portal<\/a> herunter zu laden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Leser hat dies mit mehreren Accounts in mehreren Tenants (u.a. E3 und A3 Lizenz, Office und Visio) getestet. Nach einem Hilferuf an Kollegen erhielt der Leser die Information (war unterwegs, daher die Information erst jetzt), dass es ein generelles Problem zu geben scheint. Microsoft hat es schon best\u00e4tigt (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.nhs.net\/2025\/12\/microsoft-365-alert-service-degradation-microsoft-365-apps-users-may-not-be-able-to-download-microsoft-365-desktop-apps-from-the-microsoft-365-homepage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OP1192004<\/a>) und arbeitet an einem Fix.\u00a0Hier die Meldung von MS:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>Users may not be able to download Microsoft 365 desktop apps from the Microsoft 365 homepage<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scope of impact<br \/>\nAny user may be affected by this event, and may be unable to download Microsoft 365 desktop apps from the Microsoft 365 homepage. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>Root cause<br \/>\nA recent service update containing a code issue is impacting the license check process, leading to users being unable to download Microsoft 365 desktop apps from the homepage.<\/p>\n<p>Current status<br \/>\nDec 4, 2025, 7:43 AM GMT+1<br \/>\nOur analysis of the components of Microsoft 365 infrastructure, as well as recently deployed changes, identified that a recent service update containing a code issue is impacting the license check process, leading to users being unable to download Microsoft 365 desktop apps from the homepage.
