[German]Windows 10 Anniversary Update is read? Yes! No! Yes! No – just a few hours ago Microsoft has released another cumulative Update for Windows Insiders in Fast Ring, moving Windows 10 to version Build 14393.10.

Update KB3176929 is only available for PCs – a reboot is necessary. Till now no KB article is released yet. But Dona promised to deliver more details.
What's changed?
Although no details about that update has been released, I found two changes and some "issues". At reddit.com some users reported that the update has killed Cortana. I've installed the update on a test machine – the local Cortana search works well.
Note: Another poster mentioned Education SKU in the reddit-thread – but in Windows 10 Enterprise Education Cortana has been removed.
On my Windows 10 Feedback-Hub I found an announcement from August 2, 2016, introducing PC-to-PC casting using Miracast.

I've introduced this feature already in May in this German blog post Windows 10 Version 1607 soll Miracast-Empfang unterstützen (Test). And I found another new option (in my opinion).
The Settings app has a new option More recovery options under Recovery group (see screenshot above). The link "Learn how …" opens the Microsoft Answers post Now Available: Start fresh with a clean install of Windows 10! from Microsoft employee Jason, addressing a clean install. He introduced a tool that helps to remove preinstalled and installed apps during a fresh install.
Notes: Some discussion in progress may be found at tenforums. According to this MS Answers post, also Windows Insiders in Slow Ring will receive Update KB3176929 – I've read at tenforums.com that Insiders leaving the program will get 14393.10 too.
BTW: The latest Build feed is named 10.0.14393.50.rs1_release_inmarket.160729-1943
