Update KB3213522 (Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1607: December 20, 2016) replaces update KB3206632 (released at December 13, 2016). I’ve blogged about that update (see Windows 10: Update issues with KB3201845, KB3206632). According to Microsoft’s KB3213522, the new update just fixes an issue in Virtual Machine Manager (VMM). The issue causes the Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) installation takes more time than expected, and the installation may fail on the initial attempt. The update will be distributed via WSUS and may be downloaded from Microsoft Update Catalog.
