Firefox 60.0.2 released

Mozilla[German]Mozilla's developers have released a maintenance update that upgrades the Firefox desktop browser to version 60.0.2. This is an unscheduled update.

I let my Firefox 60.0.1 for Windows checks for updates and was offered the update to version 60.0.2.

The update brings the following bug fixes and changes (see changelog):

  • Fix: Fix missing nodes in the developer tools Inspector panel
  • Fix: Fix font rendering when using third-party font managers on OS X 10.11 and earlier.

The following changes have also been made in NSS 3.36.4 compared to 3.36.1:

  • Connecting to a server that was recently upgraded to TLS 1.3 would result in a SSL_RX_MALFORMED_SERVER_HELLO error
  • Fix crash on macOS related to authentication tokens, e.g. PK11 or WebAuthn

The information can also be found in the release notes for 3.36.2 and 3.36.4. A manual download is possible from this website.
