Microsoft has released the cumulative update KB4476976 for Windows 10 V1809 in the release preview ring for insiders. This means that end users are not yet offered this update, which raises the build to 17763.288.

According to this forum post, two bugs will be fixed in the Action Center. Here are the description of this fixes:
- Microsoft fixed an issue where the Action Center might suddenly appear on the opposite side of the screen before appearing on the correct side.
- Microsoft fixed an issue resulting in the Action Center icon sometimes showing a number fo unread notifications, however when you opened Action Center it would be blank.
