Users of a Google Nexus 6P or Nexus 5X smartphone are observing a nasty bug: The devices are forced suddenly in a boot loop and becomes non useable. There has been a class action suite filed against Google in the US. A developer has created an unofficial fix, stopping all A57 performance cores and let only the power efficient A53 cores running. The fix has been releases at XDA developers forum here (Nexus 6P) and here (untested for Nexus 5X). (via)
