It will not be re-offered from Windows Update, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Microsoft Update Catalog.

Note Removal of this standalone security update does not affect successful installation or any changes within any other February 11, 2020 security updates, including Latest Cumulative Update (LCU), Monthly Rollup or Security Only update.

The reason is mentioned in the Known Issues section by Microsoft. Problems may occur during or after the installation of KB4502496. So exactly what happened with update KB4524244 (see Windows 10: Update KB4524244 pulled). Microsoft does not want to offer this update again, but will revise it and release it later under a new KB number.

Similar articles:
Patchday Windows 10-Updates (February 11, 2020)
Patchday: Updates for Windows 7/8.1/Server (Feb. 11, 2020)
Patchday Microsoft Office Updates (February 11, 2020)
Windows 10: Update KB4524244 pulled
Exchange Server 2013 Mail issues after Feb. 2020 Update
Windows 10: UEFI Update KB4524244 is causing issues

[German]A brief information for administrators of Windows Server 2012/R2 and users of Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1 and Windows 10 Microsoft has also withdrawn the security update KB4502496.

[22,2
47,2279,195,23,492
post-13195","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-update","category-windows","tag-issue","tag-kb4502496","tag-update","tag-windows-8-1","tag-windows-server-2012
["GET
