Then important messages will be displayed above the taskbar during operation. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The whole service is free of charge, but is rumored to be extended only to Enterprise editions that pay for the news ticker. It was a joke a la Microsoft on April foolsday &#8211; of course the News Bar is not only coming for Windows 10 Enterprise &#8211; this is a feature all SKUs desperately need. At least that's what someone from marketing whispered in the hallway.
