Here are some software that is causing this issue<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>iCloud Photos&nbsp;\n<li>Bitdefender 2015 (Total Security)&nbsp; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I remember also that third party AV programs from Symantec and Kasperky are also causing this issue. If you are hit by this issue, try to uninstall the software.
