Now this update is re-released.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I've blogged about this pulled update within my blog article <a href=\"https:\/\/borncity.com\/win\/2015\/02\/12\/update-kb3001652-re-released-kb3013455-has-still-issues-kb2920732-for-powerpoint-2013-has-been-pulled\/\">Update KB3001652 re-released, KB3013455 has still issues, KB2920732 for PowerPoint 2013 has been pulled<\/a>. The reason, why Microsoft has pulled this update was, that it killed PowerPoint 2013 on Windows RT machines. After installing this update, PowerPoint throws an error:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>POWERPNT.EXE \u2013 Bad Image<br \/>\nC:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Office\\Office15\\1033\\PPINTL.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/2WOpgFe.jpg\" width=\"334\" height=\"146\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/forum\/office_2013_release-powerpoint\/surface-rt-power-point-2013\/a96c00d8-c7da-40f2-a6db-1f2bd4099230?msgId=4d0ef801-1c71-4fc6-bd11-fe0494324b2d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here has<\/a> a workaround been published. But since yesterday, Microsoft has re-release update KB2920732 for PowerPoint 2013.
