For Windows 10 Mobile we have Build 15047. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The announcement has been made within Microsoft's <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.windows.com\/windowsexperience\/2017\/03\/03\/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-15048-for-pc-and-build-15047-mobile\/#Tuvg1ijg6Yli30Dj.97\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Windows-Blog<\/a>. There you can read some details about what's fixed and you will find also a list of known issue. Here are a few things to mention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some PCs are hanging at 71% and do a rollback to previous version. Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/insider\/forum\/insider_wintp-insider_install\/install-of-15042-reboots-at-71-to-15031\/a640c8f4-b93c-46fb-9aee-4d302f00eadf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">thie Microsoft Answers forum thread<\/a>, where this issue is discussed.\n<li>System with Norton Antivirus installed are failing with upgrade error 0x80070228. See <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/insider\/forum\/insider_wintp-insider_install\/pc-build-15046-error-80070228-during-download\/71faa97f-6914-4755-8063-c372efa1634a?tm=1488330779488\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this tread<\/a> at Microsoft Answers forum for details.\n<li>If you used the IPv6 registry fix for Build 15042 (see <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.windows.com\/windowsexperience\/2017\/02\/24\/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-15042-pc-build-15043-mobile\/#AacVyJ8E9CgxRtuY.97\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this blog post<\/a>) needs to set the registry key back to old values.&nbsp;\n<li>Important: If you installed additional language packs, this build won't download. Uninstall the language packs (see <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/insider\/forum\/insider_wintp-insider_install\/pc-build-15046-error-80070228-during-download\/71faa97f-6914-4755-8063-c372efa1634a?tm=1488330779488\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>).&nbsp;\n<li>This build is shipped again with a time bomb and a water mark on desktop.&nbsp;\n<li>Users with multi monitor environments will face issues with on display \u2013 rebooting will fix it temporary.&nbsp;\n<li>I found some postings, that from this build on some machines are receiving only UUP updates (no .ESD files anymore). The registry hack to force ESD-Download won't work anymore. But there are an UUP-Decrypter (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.deskmodder.de\/blog\/2017\/02\/09\/15031-iso-esd-deutsch-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">see<\/a>) to create an ISO image from download. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>BTW: <\/strong>It seems that the App update stop, reported a few days ago for Insiders, has been ended.
