Users will no longer be able to access this storage after August 31, 2024 and will have to migrate to Azure Resource Manager. Here is the information from the email:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Migrate your classic storage accounts to Azure Resource Manager by 31 August 2024<\/p>\n<p><em>You're receiving this email because you use classic storage accounts in Azure.<\/em>  <\/p>\n<p>On 31 August 2024, we'll retire classic Azure storage accounts and they'll no longer be accessible. Before that date, you'll need to migrate them to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/azure\/azure-resource-manager\/management\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Azure Resource Manager<\/a>, which provides the same capabilities as well as new features, including:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A management layer that simplifies deployment by enabling you to create, update, and delete resources.\n<li>Resource grouping, which allows you to deploy, monitor, manage, and apply access control policies to resources as a group. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beginning 1 August 2022, you'll no longer be able to create new classic storage account resources, however, resources created before that date will be supported through 31 August 2024.  <\/p>\n<h3>Required action <\/h3>\n<p>To avoid losing access to your data, review Azure Resource Manager <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/pricing\/details\/storage\/blobs\/#pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pricing<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/migratetoarm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">migrate<\/a> your classic storage accounts before 31 August 2024.  <\/p>\n<h4>Help and support <\/h4>\n<p>If you have questions, get answers from community experts in <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/classicstorageaccountmigration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Q&amp;A<\/a>.
