Details about both updates provided by Microsoft are really short.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Update KB4020001 for Windows 10 Version 1703<\/h3>\n<p>Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4020001\/compatibility-update-for-upgrading-to-and-recovering-windows-10-version-1703-april-25-2017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KB4020001<\/a> has a title 'Compatibility update for upgrading to and recovering Windows 10 Version 1703: April 25, 2017'. It's for Windows 10 Version 1703. In Microsoft Update Catalog the package is listed as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.catalog.update.microsoft.com\/Search.aspx?q=KB4020001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dynamic Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4020001)<\/a>.
