User can't reach apps in Microsoft 365 – the page ist empty. Microsoft investigated that and has now recovered, according to tweets dated April 20, 2023. Microsoft states that more information would be available in the Admin Center under OO544150 (later they changed it to MO544165).

The Service Health Status page didn't indicated the disruption at the time I wrote the German blog post. Also other sites like downdetector didn't report to many incidents – it seems that it was a scattered issue. On reddit.com someone in this thread reports, that apps are missing, but he can manually access old links and go to Admin Center, Onedrive, etc. But the portal.office.com page does not work.

Bleeping Computer colleagues here pulled the status text "Users may be intermittently unable to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365. We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan." from the Admin Center. It also says that in some cases, users would be greeted as "new" and prompted in a banner to contact their administrator for help with the issue.

"New to Microsoft 365?
