After installing the cumulative update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/help\/5026370\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KB5026370<\/a> for Windows Server 2022, it is no longer possible to query \"Effective Permissions\" in Explorer. Windows Explorer loads the CPU, but nothing happens. Tobias had emailed yesterday afternoon to report the bug.
