Citrix has addressed the issue in a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.citrix.com\/en-us\/citrix-app-layering\/4\/known-issues.html#fslogix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">support post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Citrix und FSLogix-Probleme\" src=\"https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/CL8DrK0T\/image.png\" alt=\"Citrix und FSLogix-Probleme\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A login or logout error can occur when FSLogix Cloud uses cache locations for profile or ODFC containers along with App Layering Elastic Layers. A pop-up screen indicates login errors and a frozen logout screen indicates logout errors. The FSLogix log files, which are located in<\/p>\n<p>c:\/ProgramData\/FSLogix\/Logs\/Profile\/Profile-YYYYMMDD.log<\/p>\n<p>also show the following error message for login errors: \"ERROR:00000005 Access is denied\" error at various points during the login attempt. In the support article it is suggested as a workaround to use the following folder path:<\/p>\n<p>C:\\ProgramData\\FSLogix\\<\/p>\n<p>to exclude from the app layering management.
