Now Microsoft has published, that they are is discontinuing support for the Classic Teams client for the Virtual Desktop as of June 30, 2024.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>News Teams client for VDI<\/h2>\n<p>In a tech community post <a href=\"https:\/\/techcommunity.microsoft.com\/t5\/microsoft-teams-blog\/announcing-general-availability-of-the-new-microsoft-teams-app\/ba-p\/4000093\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Announcing general availability of the new Microsoft Teams app for virtual desktop infrastructure<\/a>, Microsoft has announced the general availability of the Teams client for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) on December 5, 2023.
