The January 2024 Refresh ISO installation media was released on January 18, 2024, but was created on January 4, 2024, and will create a system with a patch level of January 9, 2024 for a new Windows installation.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I became aware of this on X via the following <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WZorNET\/status\/1748045307454148859\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tweet<\/a> and a series of other tweets.
