Here is some information about this update.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Regular Office update<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg06.met.vgwort.de\/na\/c9abc8ff1d204fdcbca2c9a2938a9297\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>On the first Tuesday of every month, Microsoft releases non-security updates for versions of Microsoft Office that are still supported. The updates apply to the installable MSI version of Office and are delivered via Windows Update. Click-to-run packages receive the updates via other channels. For this reason, Office 2019 no longer appears in the list below, where only click-to-run installers are available. Microsoft lists the updates on <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/officeupdates\/office-msi-non-security-updates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Office 2016<\/h2>\n<p>The packages are distributed automatically via Windows Update, but can also be downloaded and installed manually via the linked KB articles. This time there were only the following updates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/help\/5002569\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-linktype=\"external\">KB5002569<\/a>: Update for Microsoft Excel 2016; This update fixes an extended range of supported characters that cannot be displayed properly in the caption for an object that is pasted from a file as an icon.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/help\/5002466\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-linktype=\"external\">KB5002466<\/a>: Update for Microsoft Office 2016; This update fixes an extended range of supported characters that display as square boxes in the <em>User Name<\/em> field of the Options <em>General<\/em> dialog box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The update(s) are provided automatically via Windows Update, but can also be downloaded from the Microsoft Download Center and installed manually.
