The administration interface no longer shows any data for the account and the reader is hoping for a tip from the community.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Account shows no data<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg07.met.vgwort.de\/na\/fec78c64c25d4f20a80faf7bc18e142a\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>The blog reader has had a massive problem with his Microsoft 365 account for over 3 weeks and asked me to mention it to the blog. The person concerned simply no longer sees any data about his subscriptions in the account management.<\/p>\n<p>Only the message \"Your subscriptions could not be loaded. Please refresh and we will try again.\" The following error appears under Services and subscriptions:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/KjrQ2HQb\/image.png\" alt=\"Microsoft 365 Account empty\" width=\"640\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and then try again. TraceID: JobI6MF0bkOeIA35.42.169\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Microsoft Support has no solution (neither in chat nor by phone). The reader hopes that the blog readership has an idea for a solution.<\/p>\n<p>He also wrote that it is suspected that the problem occurs when the subscription is extended using \"voucher codes\" from other retailers. The reader helped himself by entering a code from Cyberport, which then worked. Some things are just a bit complicated at Microsoft.<\/p>\n<h2>Problem is being discussed on the Internet<\/h2>\n<p>The reader is not an isolated case, as this problem is also discussed several times in the Microsoft forum. There are also threads in the Microsoft Answers forum like <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/xbox\/forum\/all\/something-went-wrong-on-our-end-accessing-services\/dbb57e9b-6612-41a6-a682-1e6f0962f19f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Something went wrong on our end accessing services and subscriptions page<\/a>. The affected person wrote, that he, like\u00a0others in the past, now getting the error \"Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.\" with a \"TraceID:\" when clicking on Services &amp; Subscriptions link from the Account page.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The top level Account page should show a summary but it says \"We couldn't load your subscriptions. Refresh and we'll try again.\" and says \"We couldn't get Microsoft storage details for your account. Refresh and we'll try again\"<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>There is a 2nd\u00a0Microsoft Answers forum post <a href=\"https:\/\/answers.microsoft.com\/en-us\/msoffice\/forum\/all\/microsoft-subscriptions-page-does-not-load-for\/66b636d0-523b-4de0-a5e3-95c78bfbea82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Subscriptions page does not load for days &#8211; Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again.<\/a>, describing the same thing. There are confirmations from other affected people in the thread, but no solution from Microsoft.
