The new browser contains bug fixes and improvements. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Chrome 61.0.3163.79 is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, but contains no new features. The maintenance update closes 22 vulnerabilities and fixes bugs, documented on <a href=\"https:\/\/chromereleases.googleblog.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">this Chrome page<\/a>. Critical vulnerabilities in PDFium and WebGL has been closed for instance. Comments published beneath the <a href=\"https:\/\/chromereleases.googleblog.com\/2017\/09\/stable-channel-update-for-desktop.html\" target=\"_blank\">Changelog<\/a> mentions, that touch scroll won't work under Windows anymore. <\/p>\n<p>Chrome 61 is available within an installed browser via auto update. A manual download for 32 or 64 bit for desktop systems may be obtained from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/chrome\/browser\/desktop\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">this Google page<\/a>.
