But now it has been pulled.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>There are a few mentions of update KB9999786 within the Internet (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/sysadmin\/comments\/7epdcv\/kb9999786_on_wsus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.windows-faq.de\/2017\/11\/22\/kb9999786-fuer-windows-10-fall-creators-update-version-1709-download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>). According to the following screenshot, this update was for Windows 10 Version 1709.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/LWVmxqB.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Update KB9999786 \" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/LWVmxqB.jpg\" alt=\"Update KB9999786 \" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>But the update has been pulled after a few hours. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20221003191514\/https:\/\/social.technet.microsoft.com\/Forums\/windowsserver\/en-US\/c2a933ae-9e0b-48ac-ac98-62ecbb188273\/unexpected-update-kb-9999786-listed-on-wsus-and-catalog-servers?forum=winserverwsus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this Technet forum post<\/a>, update KB9999786 was accidently published as a test package to WSUS\/Catalog. This package has been removed from WSUS\/Catalog. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.askwoody.com\/2017\/two-odd-win10-cumulative-updates-kb-4055254-and-kb-9999786-appear-to-tackle-the-dot-matrix-printing-problem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">askwoody.com<\/a> this update could have something to do with the Epson dot matrix printing bug.
