Within my blog post I mentioned, that some people are running in serious install issues.<\/p>\n<p>Now I received a comment, claiming that Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4049016\/november-2017-security-and-quality-rollup-for-net-framework-3-5-1-4-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KB4049016<\/a> is no longer available. I've searched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.catalog.update.microsoft.com\/Search.aspx?q=KB4049016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Microsoft Update Catalog<\/a>, and indeed, the update is gone. Also in Windows Update it isn't offered anymore. The KB article still doesn't mention that the update has been withdrawn.
