The downloadable appendix to the Microsoft blog post above includes importable Group Policy (GPO) files, a PowerShell script for applying GPOs to local policies, custom ADMX files for Group Policy settings, tabular documentation, and a Policy Analyzer file (MSFT-Win10-v1809-RS5-WS2019-DRAFT.PolicyRules). Note, however, that this is only a draft for testing.
