It is a maintenance update which corrects a bug in mail delivery rules.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Update <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4011029\/december-20-2018-update-for-outlook-2013-kb4011029\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KB4011029<\/a> for Outlook 2013 is only available for .msi installations. Click 2 Run installations will get the updates via other channels. Microsoft states that the following bug has been fixed.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Mail delivery rules stop working. When you try to open the Manage Rules &amp; Alerts dialog box in Outlook 2013, you receive the following error message:  <\/p>\n<p>The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, reinstall.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The update requires an installed Outlook 2013 Service Pack 1.
